Good introduction but do mention the report name.
You have explained the shortcomings in a decent manner.
After writing the challenges, write the way forward, you can write that India should work towards coming up with a domestic policy measure to not only encourage foreign investments but also empower the already existing domestic players with easier business opportunities.
Conclusion is good but need to summarise it.
Work on presentation, underline important stuff.
Some good points but read comprehensively to enrich your content.
