  • In the intro, mention the three areas with which these reforms will deal- ECA, Contract farming and APMC Act.
  • In the body, mention the issues with each of these three- such as ECA does harm to farmers by placing restriction on stock traders can hold, in case of contract farming lack of legal basis leads to a trust deficit,  in case of APMC Act farmers are forced to sell only in market yard.
  • Conclude by expression the hope that these reforms would help to solve the various problems farmers face and help in doubling their income.
