Discuss the possible consequences and with suitable facts explain in what way it is more a consequence of climate change. - Conclude with solutions to address the issue, explain what needs to be done; significance of global collective efforts in this direction.

Use of diagram is appreciable.
Write some factors that aggravate sea-level rise, you can mention anthropogenic activities, burning of fossil fuels, deforestation etc.
Consequences and way forward are discussed in a comprehensive manner, keep it up.
In the way forward, you can also mention some initiatives like-
-The International Cryosphere Climate Initiative
Overall a decent attempt.

Reasons are discussed in a good manner.
After the reasons, briefly write about the consequences then write the way forward.
Need to add more points in the way forward, you can write about Paris agreement 2016, the International Cryosphere Climate Initiative , pricing carbon, i.e., making major polluters pay for their emissions. This provides an incentive for major emitters to reduce their output and phasing out coal power plants.

Before writing the consequences , cite some reasons . You can mention anthropogenic activities, burning of fossil fuels, deforestation etc.
Follow a proper structure to get better marks.
