      Siddharth,
Very good answer. Good that you have given examples of some of the bureaucrats to support your arguments. Talk about Honesty as one of the seven principles of public life as suggested by Nolan Committee. In the conclusion also briefly talk about why and how honesty will contribute more towards development of the nation as a whole. Overall a satisfactory answer.

      Keep writing.

      Arpita,
Decent answer. Try to give examples of some of the bureaucrats to support your arguments. Talk about Honesty as one of the seven principles of public life as suggested by Nolan Committee. You can also mention about Corruption Perception Index and India’s poor rank in it. Without examples and reports, the answer becomes generic. In the conclusion also briefly talk about why and how honesty will contribute more towards development of the nation as a whole. Overall a satisfactory answer.

      Keep writing.
