      Decent attempt.
Introduction is alright, but, anonymity can be defined at the very start of the answer.
Strengths of anonymity are well written, it can also be mentioned that it allows civil servants to work with different political parties in power at different times and maintains the discipline, decorum and morale of the services.
In next part, it seems you have written methods to remain anonymous inspite of social media, that’s fine but in recent times, it has been seen that there has been an erosion in anonymity- so some causes for that should also be mentioned- Increased media interest in government affairs leads to revelation of identity of individual and senior civil servants; Ministers/Legislators are also increasingly willing to “name and blame” their civil servants; Some civil servants directly go to the media to express their grievances; civil servants are actively found colluding/opposing parties in
power or opposition, often in exchange for prestigious places etc
      Conclusion is good.
      Keep practicing. 🙂

      Hello

      Introduction is good.
Next part about strengths of being anonymous is also fine. Allows civil servants to work with different political parties in power at different times and maintains the discipline, decorum and morale of the services- can be mentioned.
Next part could be made more broad..getting viral on social media is one part, other reasons for eroding anonymity can also be mentioned- Increased social media interest in government affairs leads to revelation of identity of individual and senior civil servants; Ministers/Legislators are also increasingly willing to “name and blame” their civil servants; Some civil servants directly go to the media/ SM to express their grievances; civil servants are actively found colluding/opposing parties in
power or opposition, often in exchange for prestigious places etc You can write pointwise to incorporate more points, otherwise content seems less for this part.
      Keep practicing. 🙂
