      Hello

You have got the core concept right, but the answer is very generic.
At some points, it gets repetitive about ‘hiring’.
In introduction, simply define attitude and aptitude both.
In next part, you can make a table differentiating both (what are the factors shaping each of these, some examples etc).
Then mention some ways in which aptitude can be developed easily like training programmes, preparation for tests etc.
Finally conclude in a balanced way, no need to mention one is more important than other, mention that both are required for success, last line is fine.
Work upon the presentation and try to include more dimensions in the answers.
      Keep practicing. 🙂

Your understanding of the topic is good. Attempt is decent.
      Introduction is good.
In next part, you can make a table differentiating both and mentioning factors that shape each of them.
Example of Dhoni in conclusion is fine, but try to include some examples from administration ( how each of these can help).
Also mention ways in which aptitude is easily developed like training programmes, practice for tests etc.
Overall, you have started the answer well but ended hurriedly, try to include multiple dimensions.
      Keep practicing. 🙂
