First, further improvement needs to be done in your presentation. Arrangment of lines, headings with proper spacing need to be done some to make your answer more presentable.
Second, give examples for each Value. Without example arguments doesn’t seem very convincing.

There is nothing wrong in this Answer as such. However you need to give better examples. Quote some public servants.
