      Introduction first line is fine. However, objective of public service delivery is broad, what you have mentioned can be said to be one of the objectives. Public service delivery includes delivery of various public goods and services including regulatory services for maintaining order in the society by ensuring that adequate norms of public behaviour are established through acts and rules, which everyone has to comply with (e.g., maintaining law and order, administration of justice etc).
      Principles mentioned are fine, you can further mention traits such as peole-centredness, equity, grievance redressal etc.
      Challenges mentioned are decent too.
      Also, write a brief section explaining how efficient service delivery leads to good governance, you can use the example of Sevottam model(explain it in brief).
      Conclusion is fine.

      Then, first list down some of the principles of public service delivery first such as transparency, accountability etc can be mentioned here. You can also mention points like inclusivity, equity, grievance redressal etc.
      I think you have tried to integrate both sections of the answer, that’s ok but it would be better to first write some features of public service delivery and then link it to good governance. As it has been asked to establish the link with help of examples, you can talk about the Sevottam model in brief. (Successful implementation of Citizen’s Charters; Service Delivery Preparedness and achievement of Results; Sound Public Grievance Redress Mechanism).
      Conclusion is good.

Sevottam model features could be explained a bit to show how effective public service delivery leads to good governance (Successful implementation of Citizen’s Charters, Service Delivery Preparedness and achievement of Results,Sound Public Grievance Redress Mechanism).
      Also, you can mention the link between public service delivery and good governance – quality of public service delivery can impact human capital, poverty, and inequality which in turn effects economic growth and development, indicating good governance.

      Good governance part is elaborated, you can mention some examples of schemes like PM Garib Kalyan Yojana (during pandemic), PMJAY etc which try to establish good governance through effective public service delivery. Example of Sevottam model is good too.
