Introduction is fine.
In changing attitudes, mention about constitutional and human rights-driven approach, increasing literacy and some other factors which influence attitude. You have mentioned some good points too.
In next part, mention SC judgements decriminalizing homosexuality, social acceptance etc
Other points are good.
