      Nice attempt. In intro, you can start with role of education in imparting both vocational training and moral values, mention some values.
      Use of flowchart is good.
      Examples mentioned are good too, things like technological advancement can be used to illustrate your point(a person with high technical skills but lacking in ethical considerations can indulge in cyber-crime) , corruption in civil services can also be cited, examples of economic offenders fleeing from the country can be mentioned.
      Also, a conclusion can be provided.
