Although, security forces has tackled this menace to certain extent, but still there are some areas where Naxalite stronghold is still present. This is manifested in frequent ambush of security forces in Naxal areas. (a). What are the Ethical issues involved in the above case? (b). What are reasons of continued Naxal problem in India? (c). As a SP of district with Naxal problem what steps you will take to tackle this issue?

In first section you had to write Ethical Issues involved like

Loss of lives on both sides to achieve their respective goals, Ethical issues for security forces: to hard action (Local suffers); too light (Naxalism violence continues) etc.In Second Section you need to concise your point and more points like Continued Money and material support because of the presence of mineral belt in Naxalite affected areas (Chhotnagpur Mineral Belt), Local people support obtained by both brainwashing and coercive violence, Political and urban people sympathizes by propaganda and over-ground workers, Availability of weapons and funds by organized crime in association with other
insurgents groups etc.Last section is written very well. Conclusion is missing. You must always Conclude your answer.

Introduction and Conclusion are fine.
In first section you need to bring out the Ethical values involved with each concern.
Second and third Section are Written well covered almost all the Aspects. But you need to write more exmples and they should be related to naxal areas. Rather than quoting Delhi police you should quote initiatives is states like Odisha, or greyhounds of Andhra.
Also I told you earlier as well that you must address issues related to all the stakeholders in your steps/Suggestions. You have missed media, foreign nations.
