In your Introduction you must why people need encouragement rather then writing how encourage motivates.
In main body you have essentially talked about schemes and what they aim at.
Rather here you need to talk about concept of nudge and how it will encourage human, who are not so rational always, to behave in desirable manner.
You too written on that line but only at the end, BPBP Scheme.
Give more detailed analysis in your answer.
People often don’t behave appropriately as their rationale get overshadowed by lack of clarity of outcomes of deeds, lack of understanding of motives, preference to personal interest over societal good etc.
Nudge can break such barrier and people can be encouraged to act desirably.
For example due Swacch Bharat campaign there is visible behavioural change among the masses.
Nudged by actions of leaders like PM sweeping the streets, municipality vehicle making appeals via loud speakers pointing out benefits of cleanliness.
For example PM in his speech during launch of Ujjawala scheme Nudge people by bringing out importance of benevolence and it’s impact into the lives of needy motivate people to act appropriately- eg #GiveItUp campaign led to almost 2 cr people renouncing their LPG subsidy etc.

However your answer essentially talks about one thing that is with Nudging desirable behaviour change can be achieved.
How ever you need go into the depth of it. Why people do not always behave appropriately. How nudging motivates people.
