Decent attempt. Intro is fine.
First explain the quote, don’t start with examples.
You can mention it later, you can also use Gandhiji’s concept of means and end to substantiate our points about process being important.
Other points are fine.
Conclusion is abrupt, explain the concept and relate it to the quote given.
