Write few lines of introduction to RTI as a key to good governance
In the first section of the body write RTI’s role in making administration and governance more ethical. Then write separately its role in making them more responsive.
Conclude suitably.

Your answer is fine but you can improve it further.
It would be better if you had written both Sections i.e. Ethical and responsive separately.
RTI’s role has been important in making the administration and governance of our country more ethical owing to the following: Creating indirect pressure on officials and politicians, Improves citizenâs trust in government agencies and its functioning , Containing corruption, Eliminating nepotism etc.
It also has big role in increasing the responsiveness of the system in the following manner:
Timely accessibility to information , Better participation of citizens,
Increasing transparency etc.
Inculcate more facts and examples in the answer to score more as in simple question like this most people will write on same lines but answer with more effective examples and facts will be awarded more points.
Also I have pointed out this Earlier as well to write way to improve whenever you write Criticism to give your answer constructive outlook.
