      Your introduction is good.

      there is one big issue with answer. In main body part you have mentioned some importance of probity. But in this question you are supposed to link these positives to the efficiency and effectiveness. however that link is missing.
      Always keep in mind the key terms mention the question this will keep you conscious of being strictly writing within the scope of the question and addressing its demand properly.

      Stay consistent and focused with the study at same level as you have shown in this program. I am sure your hard work will pay you in good way.

      You have the content. But you are still not able to segregate it in a profound and effective way.

      I have suggested you on multiple occasions that to make your answer presentable use short concise sentences. Don’t write in one sentence only with too many commas. Such thing complicates even simple argument.

      The 2nd part of the question- how probity led to effectiveness and efficiency is attempted well.

      Don’t repeat mistakes and Focus on above mentioned areas to improve your answer further.

      Your introduction is good. First part of answer ie explaining probity is well attempted.

      In 2nd part of the answer you were supposed to explain how it ensure effective and efficient administration. You have mentioned good points but failed to mention the exact demand of question. It must have been mentioned in the subheading itself.
