First of all spelling of ‘Corruption’ should be correct.
      Introduction is fine.
Next, write a section on how corruption can be justified to have become a social phenomenon. Then come to tackling corruption. Each part of the question should be addressed properly.
In corruption becoming a social phenomenon, you can talk about erosion of basic ethical values in society; in order to achieve goals, use of power, and human relations in social networks are some of the fundamental human characteristics which results in corruption; people accepting corruption as a part of life; ties of family, caste, community, religion and region are very strong, it becomes difficult to sacrifice group loyalty for the sake of the nation etc
Next part about tackling corruption is quite elaborate. Since we are talking about handling administrative corruption, points like educating children can be avoided. Strengthening institutions, legislations like Lokpal, whistle-blowing, e-governance etc are good points that you have mentioned.
      Conclusion is fine.
      Last line is not required.
      Keep practicing. 🙂
