Good attempt.
Structure of the answer is good, in intro you can talk about influencer marketing as a whole rather than only influencer.
Also, points in ethical issues are good, however u can mention more issues like sometimes there is a lack of sponsorship transparency, no critical analysis of products before promotion, issue of fake influencers (by using 3rd party apps to gain fake followers, likes and comments), use to promote government backed products etc
Examples mentioned by you are good.
Next part is also fine.
Conclusion is good.

Introduction, conclusion etc are fine.
However, the main content has been dealt very shortly using flowchart.
Try to explain some of those points and use examples from everyday life.
You can mention more issues like sometimes there is a lack of sponsorship transparency (many influencers promote products w/o making their audience aware of the promotion) , no critical analysis of products before promotion, issue of fake influencers (by using 3rd party apps to gain fake followers, likes and comments), use to promote government backed products ( Egypt govt used influencers to do ads to counter allegations of human right violations) etc
