      Introduction is good.
      In first point, example can be better framed. It seems you are advocating for following orders blindly.
      Other points are written well.
      Further you can add, better EI helps one to understand oneself better, can control own emotions suitably and deal with situations accordingly.
      It also helps in understanding the emotions and problems of peers/colleagues and helps the decision-maker to incorporate their point of view in order to arrive at a decision.
      Before concluding you can however mention that only EI is not enough, it should be balanced with other foundational values like honesty, integrity,impartiality, transparency, accountability etc
      Conclusion is fine.
