      Hello

      Introduction is fine, in the body differentiate between public and private sphere..for example you can mention that while profit is the motive of private sphere, public sphere needs to keep welfare of the population at the core.
      Also there is more individualism in private, they take a utilitarian approach etc..use examples..Mentioning just drawbacks of one won’t be enough.
      In next part, some points are good..mention need to implement code of ethics/conduct…regular dialogue between public and private sphere, policies should be made after consultation etc

      Nice attempt. Introduction is good, use of table is nice.
      In the second part too, points are fine. Mention keywords like utilitarianism, individualism etc
      Examples are good.
      Next part is fine too, you can mention need to implement code of conduct/ethics etc
      Conclusion is fine.
