Introduction is fine, however, family values might not be limited to good values only.. Families can be patriarchal, conservative etc.. It’s basically whatever principles is being traditionally upheld and passed on within a family.
Next, you have to mention how does family values influence an individual.. Not what others think about him/her..
You can mention impact on lifestyle decisions( food habits, marriage decision); men in a patriarchal family will give more value to responsibility, freedom and honour and women might nurture values such as docility compassion and service.
Similarly, in next part you need to mention how does family value shape the decisions an individual makes outside the family such as political orientation, reaction to issues in society etc
In conclusion, you can mention some factors that also influence decision making of an individual other than family values.

Your attempt is decent. Introduction is good, use of flowchart is nice.. However, you have mentioned all nice things, but family values cab be patriarchal, conservative etc too.
Decision making within family part is good. Most lifestyle decisions are mentioned which get influenced by family are mentioned.. Career choices can be mentioned here only( for example, field work is preferred for boys whereas desk job for girls). Further, men in a patriarchal family will give more value to responsibility, freedom and honour and women might nurture values such as docility compassion and service.
In next part, although you are on right track, but better points can be mentioned..Decisions an individual makes outside the family can include issues such as political orientation, reaction to issues in society(gender justice, LGBTQ issues) etc

Points mentioned in decision making within a family are also fine, Talibani family is a bit extreme.. you can talk about patriarchal families where men will give more value to responsibility, freedom and honour and women might nurture values such as docility compassion and service.

Although your content and understanding is good, you can divide the answer on two parts.. Family values influencing decisions within the family and family values influencing decision outside the family..
In within the family you can mention lifestyle decisions such as food, religion, marriage, career choices…You can also talk about patriarchal families where men will give more value to responsibility, freedom and honour and women might nurture values such as docility compassion and service…However, issues like political orientation and reaction to issues in society such as gender justice, LGBTQ rights etc can be mentioned in decisions outside the family impacted by family values..
Introduction and conclusion are good.. No need to change much..
