In neutrality, you need to talk about the duty of civil servants to exercise their duties and powers solely in accordance with the will of the elected government without prejudice to their own ideological convictions; separation of politics that informs a policy from the capacity to administer the said policies. Judging a situation without biases can said to be more close to being objective.
Intellectual courage is decently explained. Example of Ashoka Khemka can be mentioned. Listening to the moral voice of conscience and resisting evil social practices such as casteism and discrimination is also a good example of intellectual courage.
Diligence is about utmost care and effort into making decisions. Examples such as advance planning in case of disaster, inviting comments of all stakeholders while drafting of a policy can be mentioned.
Last term is selflessness, I think you have done some mistake.
      Keep practicing. 🙂

      Hello

Decent attempt. Terms are well explained.
Khemka’s example is more apt for intellectual courage. In neutrality, you can mention giving critical opinion on policies during drafting stage without fear of displeasing the political superiors as a good example.
In diligence you can talk about planning and efforts during disasters, adverse law and order situations etc
In selflessness, example of Armstrong Pame can be mentioned.
Overall decent attempt, just try to use more examples.

Terms have been explained decently. Examples are missing. Last example is also not very clear.
In neutrality, you can mention giving critical opinion on policies during drafting stage without fear of displeasing the political superiors as a good example.
In diligence you can talk about planning and efforts during disasters, adverse law and order situations etc. Ashok Khemka’s example can also be mentioned when explaining intellectual courage.
In selflessness, example of Armstrong Pame, efforts during Covid by civil servants can be mentioned.
In ethics answers, try to mention examples wherever possible, it enriches the answer as well as aids in explanation of the relevant point.

While talking about neutrality in the context of civil services, political neutrality should be mentioned. You can mention giving critical opinion on policies during drafting stage without fear of displeasing the political superiors as a good example.
Other three terms are decently explained, however, proper examples are missing. Example of officers such as Ashok Khemka, Armstrong Pame etc can be mentioned. In intellectual courage, you can bring in the social dimension too… Showing the courage to resist social ills, thus helping in the reform process, example, casteism.
While talking about diligence you can talk about planning and efforts during disasters, adverse law and order situations etc
Keep practicing. Try to improve legibility of the answers.🙂

While talking about neutrality in the context of civil services, political neutrality should be mentioned. You can mention giving critical opinion on policies during drafting stage without fear of displeasing the political superiors as a good example.
Intellectual courage is more about fortitude and being up right about the ethical values a civil servant believes in. This will enable them to handle political executive, social ills etc better.
Diligence and selflessness are well explained. I think you could do with some examples here. In diligence you can talk about planning and efforts during disasters, diligence at the time of awarding contracts is also good.
In selflessness, example of Armstrong Pame, efforts during Covid by civil servants can be mentioned.
Keep practicing, try to use more examples in ethics answers. 🙂

Decent attempt. Terms have been explained well except diligence I think, it looks incomplete.
Good that you have mentioned the relevance.
Examples are missing though. While selflessness, you have talked about working in remote areas but other than that not much examples are there.
