Intro is fine, however you can briefly mention general importance of being emotionally intelligent as well.
In next section, first mention some of the challenging conditions police personnel and armed forces have to face. You can also mention some data about increasing cases of suicides.
Next mention what can be done.
That part is fine, need for better self awareness, awareness about peers, working conditions etc can also be mentioned.
Next you can also mention that however such personnel have to be in line of combat, use proportionate force for maintaining law and order, have to follow chain of command etc, so EI alone won’t suffice.
      Second part is fine.
Conclusion can be more balanced, need to be rational along with being emotionally intelligent.
      Keep practicing. 🙂

Intro is fine, also include that it is not just about self-emotions but understanding others’ emotions. Need to be compassionate, empathetic etc
Part a is answered well. Problems mentioned are good. However, don’t mix up criticism there only. Mention need to be aware about self, peer group, working conditions etc
Criticism can be mentioned in the end off that part, you can also argue that they need to follow chain of command, use proportionate force for maintaining law and order, so just EI won’t suffice.
Part b is fine. Being rational is also of prime importance- can be mentioned.
      Conclusion is good.

      Keep practicing. 🙂
