Introduction is good, short and crisp.
In the body also, points are fine, however, you can mention some more examples- for example, in point no. 3 you can mention how ‘partiality’ towards poor, down-trodden, disabled etc can be used to lift them up(concept of affirmative action).
Importance of impartiality in resolving conflicts(communal, ethnic etc) can be mentioned too- example of N Ravi as an interlocutor in north-east, SC appointing a committee to solve Babri dispute can be used.
Other points are good, conclusion is fine too- you can try to use a quote for better impact.
