Introduction is fine. After that you have jumped straight to 2nd part of the question.
First, elaborate on how attitude can make a big difference in life.
Also, there are no examples in your answer, in ethics always try to use relevant examples either historical or from current times.
In first part, you can mention how right attitude can make one confident, for example, Gandhiji’s positive attitude towards non-violence helped us win freedom through it; positive attitude can also lead to looking at failure as an opportunity for example, kids with positive attitude towards life came out alive after being trapped in a cave without food for days.
Points about civil servants are fine. Again mention some examples. Positive attitude can help in upholding constitutional values, taking objective decisions and showing empathy towards weak.
      Conclusion is fine.
      Keep practicing. 🙂

      Good attempt.
      Introduction is fine.
Importance of attitude is also well brought out with examples. You can also mention points like how positive attitude helps gain confidence in life, helps in achieving goals, helps in looking at failure as an opportunity.
You need to bring out how attitude brings positive changes in life. Example of kids with positive attitude towards life coming out alive after being trapped in a cave without food for days can be mentioned.
In next part, use of table is fine, here also try yo mention some examples such as civil servants dealing with riots objectively, secretary who has a negative attitude towards reservation if asked to prepare a report on the same must be able to do it objectively etc
In conclusion, to enhance the answer you can add some quote, otherwise it is fine.
      Keep practicing. 🙂

      Hello

      Introduction is good.
In next part, mention points showing how positive attitude can create a difference in life. Point no. 2 is good, in point 1 along with identity you can mention how positive attitude can mak one confident and help in achieving goals, Gandhiji’s positive attitude towards non-violence helped us win freedom through it; positive attitude can also lead to looking at failure as an opportunity for example, kids with positive attitude towards life came out alive after being trapped in a cave without food for days.
Try to always use examples in ethics, it easily and lucidly conveys the thought behind.
In next parts, points are good. You can use a table for crisp presentation. Again, mention some examples, such as, civil servant’s attitude as an important component in dealing with riots, law and order issues, disasters etc
      Conclusion is fine.
      Keep practicing. 🙂
