In the intro, briefly explain the idea of jointness in the military.
In the body, explain the importance of jointness in the three forces in dealing effectively with the challenges of modern warfare. In the challenges mention shortage, lack of operational charter, execution challenges etc. In the suggestion, mention the need for national security strategy, professional education and inter-service employment, resolving differences among forces mutually etc.
In conclusion, mention the need for jointness to deal with the technology-driven security challenges.

  Good attempt. Introduction is fine. In challenges you can mention about shrinking economy and lack of physical and human resources- can use examples of shortage of squadron fighters and pilots in IAF. Rest of the points are fine.
  
  In measures you can mention about integrated theatre commands with clarity of roles- Western Command between the Indian Army and the IAF, the Northern Command with the Indian Army, Maritime Command with the Indian Navy and the Air Defence Command with the IAF may be an acceptable formula.

  Regarding your doubt, first thing is keep writing answers regularly, this will help you in at least retaining the generic points because you will be writing them multiple times. Second, jot down points and data which you think will be hard to remember at one place (use just keywords) and try to revise them twice a month.
  Also, one approach is for the 3 GS papers , maintain 4-5 pages each where you write all the important data. In GS2 you can add important SC judgements and committee names, in GS 3 you can add data from budget and survey there only- keep adding in it whenever you come across something important in newspapers and current magazines- however avoid making it bulky otherwise it will be hard to revise.

  In measures, mention the need to define roles with clarity. Then you can also mention about integrated theatre commands and finding a mutually agreeable solution- Western Command between the Indian Army and the IAF, the Northern Command with the Indian Army, Maritime Command with the Indian Navy and the Air Defence Command with the IAF may be an acceptable formula.
