Good attempt. Introduction is fine, explanation of middle income trap is also fine. Need of increasing productivity has been stressed, that is good but avoid repeating same thing multiple times.

Instead of creating a separate subheading for technolgy intensive manufacturing, make it broad- write steps to increase productivity- mention technology intensive manufacturing as one of them. You can add points in that like- Industrial labour relations, need to implement new labour code, improve ease of doing business, reinstate the tax exemption on R&D under Section 35 (2AB) etc. Points about innovation, R&D are good.

Conclusion is fine. Keep practicing. 🙂

Nice attempt, you have covered many points. Structure of the answer is good too.

Some points are repeated for example in manufacturing the 2nd point is basically a repetition of subheading. Instead you can add some steps like improving ease of doing business, establishing supply chain etc. You can also talk of improving logistics- will help in exports-imports, example of national infrastructure pipeline- should be a boost for manufacturing.

Some points are data heavy, it is good if you can remember them in exam otherwise points like above should help.

      Conclusion is good.

      Keep practicing. 🙂

Define middle income trap from country perspective. Question is about India’s middle income trap. Also mention about the origin of the term, some examples etc

In 2nd part define what is productivity and link with India’s demographic dividend first. Then write points to increase productivity- some you have mentioned. You can add points like need of improving industrial labor relations, implementing labor code, improving ease of doing business, improving supply chain linkages etc

      Conclusion is fine.

Read some other answers. Keep writing. 🙂

Introduction is fine. Mention about the origin of the term

Definition of productivity is also fine. After that you have mixed up the reasons for low productivity and way forward in the next section. Write them separately.

Foreign investment can’t be said to be low in India, industrial labor Relations are more rigid. Frame that point correctly.

In steps to increase productivity, points like innovation, infra improvement etc are good. In manufacturing, you can add need to implement labor codes, improve industrial labor relations, improve ease of doing business, establish secure supply chain. Also mention the need to leverage 4th industrial revolution and use tech like AI, machine learning etc to its advantage.
You can add some govt interventions like some skill development initiatives, NIP, PLI etc to show the progress in this direction.
