      e-RUPI is a digital prepaid, purpose- and person-specific payment utility. Money will not be directly transferred to the beneficiary, but a voucher will be transferred to the beneficiaries which they can scan when they take any service and the money will be transferred to service-provider account. You need to mention this.
      Intro is fine, benefits and scopes are similar, you can mention in a single heading also. Point regarding no need to go out is not entirely correct, reframe that. Some points can be added such as it will help in vaccination programme, poor students can pay their school fees etc. Also it can be used by private organizations for bulk orders.
      Also mention the need to scale up this initiative and need of light regulation. Conclusion is fine.
      Read a bit more about e-RUPI. Keep writing.

      Mention what is e-RUPI and how it will function first after introduction. Money will not be directly transferred to the beneficiary, but a voucher will be transferred to the beneficiaries which they can scan when they take any service and the money will be transferred to service-provider account.

      Benefits part is fine, you can mention about education and health also, poor children’s fees can be directly paid by the government if they have the e-RUPI voucher, similarly medical insurance claims under Ayushman Bharat will be streamlined, process will become hassle-free and delay minimized.
      Mention keywords like it will enhance business efficiency, simplicity, transparency, and accountability in government services.

      Also mention the need to scale up this initiative and need of light regulation before concluding. Conclusion is fine. Keep practicing. 🙂
