      Coming to the answer it is quite good. Very rich in content. Introduction is fine, while writing about factors for coal crisis, you can include some more points to make the answer holistic for example increase in import of coal by China, increase in power demand after Covid pushback, continuous rainfall in coal-bearing areas etc

      Measures suggested are fine, you can mention about the need to create an energy ministry to deal with the issue of energy in a holistic manner rather than in silos.
      Conclusion is fine.

However, you can include some more points to make the answer holistic for example increase in import of coal by China, increase in power demand after Covid pushback, continuous rainfall in coal-bearing areas, issue of idle captive mines etc

      Measures mentioned are good, a point about capacity development in renewable sector can be incorporated keeping in mind the evolving discussions.
