      Intro is fine, can mention status of electric vehicle sales, EV30@30 campaign..instead of ‘cater to the aspect of global warming’ , use ‘reduce the effect of global warming’.
      Mention opportunities..you have repeated schemes in both parts..mention about creation of jobs..other economic opportunities like establishment of manufacturing industries..reduction in fuel import bill, step towards meeting Paris Conference climate targets etc
      Govt schemes..it will be good if you can mention some features too.
      Keep practicing, work upon the content. 🙂

      Your answer is fine. Intro is good, if you can mention some data regarding status of current EV sales, it will be better.
      Content is good, you can also mention about reduction in import bill, more forex reserves due to less import of oil/gas resources. Other points are fine.
      Govt. schemes mentioned are fine. However, EV30@30 is a global campaign, not Indian.
      Conclusion is okay.

      While writing about schemes, it will be better if you can mention some features or money invested by the government in these initiatives.

      Intro is fine but if you can mention some policy initiative or EV30@30 campaign, it will be better.
      Points under opportunity are good, mention economic opportunity too..job creation,manufacturing of advanced batteries etc
      Measures are fine but you have missed some flagship schemes like FAME II, PLI for Advanced Chemistry Cells, PLI scheme for Auto and Automotive Components etc.
      Conclusion is good, keep practicing. 🙂
