Nice answer. You have covered most of the points, presentation is also good.
Carbon credits can be mentioned as one of the points only, combining with the last point you have written.
Rest of the answer is fine, not much change needed. Keep it up. 🙂

Decent attempt. In the introduction, it will be better if you give an overall picture of emissions from India (its rank etc) and then mention the contribution of agriculture sector to those emissions.
What you have written are the causes of emissions which you can mention in the next section.

Points under carbon policy are fine, some changes here and there are required, for example in the 1st point about carbon credits, mention that it should be globally tradable, policy should clearly spell out how carbon credits will be adjusted, emission reductions should not be double counted in India and the country buying carbon credits etc
Switching areas from rice to maize or other less water-guzzling crops; opening up corn for ethanol; promoting fertigation and subsidizing soluble fertilizers- these points can also be mentioned.

Conclusion is fine. Keep practicing. Read other answers as well. 🙂

      Muskan,

Decent attempt. In the introduction, it will be better if you give an overall picture of emissions from India (its rank etc) and then mention the contribution of agriculture sector to those emissions.
Mention the causes of emissions in the next section. Causes you have mentioned are fine, you can add poor livestock management, use of nitrogenous fertilizers etc

In steps needed, mention about the need of a carbon credit system which can be globally tradable. Points about stubble and manure are good.
Other things that can be mentioned- Switching areas from rice to maize or other less water-guzzling crops; opening up corn for ethanol; promoting fertigation and subsidizing soluble fertilizers.

Conclusion is fine. Keep practicing. Read other answers as well. 🙂
