In the intro, mention the issue of retrospective taxation. In the body, discuss the factors such as retrospective policy changes leading to dispute between investors and government.

In the next part mention the implications such as reduced investment, low investor confidence, impact on international image of the government etc.

      Nice attempt, introduction is fine, question is about all policy so don’t restrict it to just taxation. Also you can start with some FDI data and mention that how it is skewed towards just portfolio investment.

      Reasons mentioned are fine. Consequences mentioned are also well enough, you can also mention things like lowering ease of doing business, lack of respect for rule of law etc

      Write a brief way forward, that will improve presentation, you can mention about BIT etc there.
