      Introduction is good. Objectives are also nicely mentioned. Making the payments faster, reducing delays was also one of the objectives which could be mentioned.
      Achievements mentioned are also fine. Good that you have mentioned data to substantiate.
      Empowerment of farmers through PM KISAN and the use of DBT in pandemic in schemes like PMGKY, SVANidhi, transfer to women etc should also be mentioned. Although your points are good, answer can be structured better- for example, you can divide it into points on how it has benefitted rural population, urban population, marginalized, women, farmers etc
      Next, you can mention a brief way forward- need to expand further in size and structure; focus on digital and financial literacy, robust grievance redressal, enhancing awareness etc
      Conclusion is good.
