Introduction is good. ‘No Money for terror’ conference to be held in Delhi can be mentioned for some value addition (linking some current event in introduction is always good).
Write up on global organizations is also fine.
In next part, challenges are fine but a bit broad. Try to mention some specific points related to terror FINANCING. You can talk about alternative channels that have emerged- use of charities, alternative remittance systems, cryptocurrency, cyber-attacks, usage of dark web etc.
Way forward can also be modified a bit according to the above lines- regulating cryptocurrency, strict sanctions against state-sponsored terror.
A concluding statement emphasizing the need of coordinated efforts rather than isolated measures can be added.

In introduction, sentence framing is not good. Not clear what do you mean by ‘good’ money supply. Also, framing of 2nd statement is not good.
In global efforts, FATF is good, mention the UNSC resolutions related to curbing terror finnacing (UNSCR resolution 1267 in 1999 and UNSCR resolution 1373 in 2001), JCPOA can’t be said to exclusively deal with terror financing, more to do with US-Iran relations, although passing of nuclear weapons into the hands of non-state actors is a valid concern. Further, you can mention the bodies such as Egmont Group of Financial Intelligence Units, Asia/Pacific Group on Money Laundering (APG), United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism (UNOTC) etc.
Cyber related changes and cryptocurrency usage are valid concerns mentioned in the next part. Other than that some broader concerns such as no consensus on global definition of terrorism, efforts made in silos rather than being coherent across the world- can be mentioned.
Way forward is good, in legislative measures you could add regulating cryptocurrency and strengthening laws that require banks to perform due diligence.
In conclusion, you can link with the ‘No money for terror’ being organized. Friends of police is more of a community policing initiative aimed to bring the public and police closer.
