      Decent attempt, broadly you have covered the topic but presentation can be improved. This will ensure you don’t miss anything.
      Introduction is fine.
      Next you can divide the answer into three verticals as given in the question- education, skilling and employment. You can mention schemes and outcomes for each sector there.
      In this answer, some flagship efforts like Mid day meal scheme, scholarship schemes for vulnerable sections, PMKVY, DDU-GKY, Rural Livelihood mission etc are missing.
      Achievements and failures are fine but some of them can be substantiated using reports(ASER report, India Skills Report etc).
      Conclusion is fine. Check out the model answers.
