In the intro, mention the recent controversy over the Pegasus spyware.
In the body, discuss the various types of threats posed such as attacks on critical infrastructure, use in times of war to disrupt communication, use for snooping, interference in elections etc. In the steps, mention increasing investment, use of AI, careful analysis and assessment etc.
Conclude by mentioning the need to recognise the risk and prepare to deal with it.

Nice attempt. You have improved a lot, especially in deciding what is necessary for the answer and what is irrelevant. 🙂
This answer is good. Introduction is fine. In threat add some keywords in your answer- mention things like malware, spyware, phishing etc
Aslo it will be good if you can give some examples related to attacks on banks and nuclear facilities etc
Steps and needs part is good. In govt interventions, you can mention national cyber policy and NCIIPC which is operating as the nodal agency.
Conclusion is fine.
Keep writing, you will get still better with more practice.
