      Nice attempt. Introduction is fine.
      While writing about the scheme, mention the total outlay and target of the scheme like losses are sought to be brought down to 12-15 % by 2025-26, from 21-22 % currently first, then list down the points you have.
      While writing about action plan, you can also mention Results Evaluation Framework by an inter-ministerial committee.
      Rest of the answer is fine.
