      Decent attempt but some parts of the answer are missing.
      For example a section on the reasons for cyber attacks being considered a persistent threat can be written- you can mention points like lack of clarity about threat, lack of of proactive nature in threat perception, huge costs involved, limitations of solutions applied etc.
      Intro part is fine, types of attacks are also good, some recent examples like Solar Winds etc can be added.
      Way forward is good, you have covered quite a number of points.
      Conclusion is also decent.
      Try to cover all parts of the question instead of writing too much in one part.

      The question is not limited to India, in intro it will be better if you can give some global statistics related to cyber attacks or you can simply define, give prominent examples and move to the next part.
      Reasons mentioned are good, include global examples like attack on Saudi Aramco, Solar Winds in US.
      Also, you can add things like lack of clarity about cyber attacks, huge costs involved, limitations of solutions applied etc
      Way forward is fine, some innovative methods such as Zero Trust Model can be mentioned.
      After that simply conclude, one line can be mentioned about India’s initiatives, no need of detailing this part.

      Decent attempt, intro is fine, a basic definition along with some different types of cyber attacks can be written first too.
      Threats mentioned are fine, nice use of flowchart. Ability to impact critical infrastructure, industry and banks can be written too with some examples like attack on Saudi Aramco, Kia motors etc
      India-specific measures are not required, question isn’t India specific,you can briefly mention one line. Better than you can add global best practices or conventions like Budapest.
      Way forward is decent, some innovative solutions like Zero Trust Model, security web gateway, cloud access security broker can be mentioned. Conclusion is decent, however, you can keep its scope more broad.

      You have attempted the question limiting its scope to India.
      However, question doesn’t mention that, address the global phenomenon of cyberattacks.
      Intro is fine, substantiate with some recent prominent examples like Solar Winds in US, Colonial Pipeline, attack on companies such as Saudi Aramco and RasGas.
      Reasons are fine but quite generic and mostly India -specific, you can mention points like lack of clarity about threat, lack of proactive nature in threat perception, huge costs involved, limitations of solutions applied etc.
      Same with way forward, global conventions like Budapest and adherence to it can be talked about, some innovative solutions like Zero Trust Model, security web gateway, cloud access security broker can also be mentioned.
      Keep practicing, don’t limit the scope of your answers unless asked, especially when this is a GS3 question, policy and government related questions will be found mostly in GS2.
