      Introduction is fine, but, you can talk about the more recent launch of the INSTC.
      Significance is fine, broadly you have covered the points, further you can broadly mention the geopolitical significance from India’s perspective such as change in India’s policy from non-alignment to multi-alignment, one if the reasons for India’s refusal to condemn Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, providing a scope for bypassing Pakistan in trade etc. Other points are good.
      Conclusion is fine.
