      Decent attempt but the answer has become very India-specific.
      In introduction, first mention what the Ukraine crisis is and then move ahead.
      Use of flowchart in implications is fine, but more elaboration is required since this is mainly asked.
      Talk about European countries being dependent on Russian oil and gas, France’s approach of ‘strategic autonomy’, no common consensus between NATO countries, drawbacks of US leadership etc
      Emergence of China-Russia axis has been mentioned well.
      Impacts on Indo-Pacific part is fine(points regarding India), you can mention about Quad leaders virtual conference too, emerging chances of great power politics in the region.
      Conclusion is decent, but it would be better if you can keep it broad by saying that the balance of power is once again in flux, and as China develops a strategic partnership with Russia, the future of many regions including Indo-Pacific will be defined by how effectively it responds to the crisis in Ukraine.
