You have mentioned some affirmative action measures taken by India explicitly but it can be incorporated in the points mentioned when you show similarities between India and US.
Next part is fine. Similarities mentioned are good. You can mention ‘targeted goals’ provided by US to accommodate diversity at workplace and higher education and to address past discrimination, also when you mention 14th amendment, it will be good if you can write what it talks about(equal protection clause). Other points are fine.
Next, before concluding, you can briefly talk about the success/failure of these programs in both the countries.
Depending on that, you can write a forward looking conclusion(for example, legislative and constitutional changes not enough, societal change necessary).

In case of US, however, you can avoid mentioning it is not in the constitution since although not explicitly mentioned, the policies are implicitly drawn from the Constitution itself.

Next part is fine about similarities, you can draw a table to make the presentation better.
