      Introduction is good.
Lack of diversity part is well addressed. Mention of data is good, however there have been judges from Dalit/OBC communities before 2020, so you can avoid that. Try to avoid putting wrong data.
In next part, also mention about flaws in the appointment process( judges appointing judges, can mention briefly third judges case, strike down of NJAC etc)
      Other points are good.
Way forward and conclusion is fine.
      Keep writing. 🙂

      Good attempt.
Introduction can be a bit more balanced, saying that SC has failed is a bit too harsh.
Next part about diversity is good, you can also include low representation from minority communities, LGBTQ etc
In appointment process, you can mention third judges case in first point. Explanation is fine, you have covered most points.
Way forward and conclusion is good.
      Keep practicing. 🙂

      Hello

Introduction is fine. After that you have broadly mentioned the issues.
However, you can make two sub sections- one on lack of diversity, other on flaws in appointment process and address them in a more comprehensive manner.
In lack of diversity, other than women also mention lack of judges from backward communities, minorities, LGBTQ group etc
Use data to substantiate your arguments.
In next part about appointment process, talk about judges appointing judges in collegium system, allegations of nepotism, strike down of NJAC etc
      Way forward is fine.
Try to write a concluding statement.
      Keep practicing. 🙂
