      Introduction is good, structure of the answer is also fine. But you need to read a bit more about the scheme, you have added some generic points whereas question is specifically asking about the scheme only.

      Mention the total outlay for the scheme of Rs. 64,180 crores over the period of five years, establishment of critical care hospital blocks in 12 central institutions, integrated district public health labs in 730 districts, One health approach, Surveillance labs etc

      2nd part is fine. Conclusion is also good.

      Introduction is fine, however there is one factual error, the scheme was not launched in April 2018, it was announced in the current budget only.

      Features of the scheme are nicely written. You can mention a small subsection on advantages of the scheme, especially in context of recent Covid catastrophe, by mentioning just 2-3 points.

      Conclusion is good. Keep practicing. 🙂
