Add that LG’s concurrence is compulsory on any executive order, assembly shall not make any rule to enable itself or it’s committees to consider the matters of day to day administration etc

Mention about public order, police and land not under Delhi govt, CM appointed by president etc. Then mention some provisions of the recent amendment act. Government=LG,LG’s concurrence is compulsory on any executive order, assembly shall not make any rule to enable itself or it’s committees to consider the matters of day to day administration etc
