      Decent attempt.
      Introduction and functions mentioned are fine. You can also talk about UNHRC offering a platform for dialogue and discussion between various human rights stakeholders.
      Issues mentioned are also decent, however, you can mention the issues in council elections such as lack of competitiveness, closed ballot elections, issue of politicization (national interest is given priority over human rights) etc.
      Other points are fine.
      Conclusion is decent but before that if you could mention 1-2 lines on way forward it will be good.
