Although your understanding of the topic is good, as reflected from the answer but still some improvements can be made.
First, in intro mention what an ordinance is (temporary law, passed when parliament is not in session etc), you can also mention the article number. Next part about ‘why ordinance’ is fine.
Next part is also decent but you can mention some points such as deliberate bypassing of the legislature takes place at times to avoid debates and discussions, re-promulgation of ordinances which the SC considered as “fraud on constitution”. Examples can be mentioned alongwith the points to back them up- ordinance raj in Bihar in 89-92, farm ordinances in recent times to avoid discussion etc
Mention of SC cases is good.
Finally, a futuristic conclusion can be added where you can talk about the need for opposition to display maturity, respect legislative procedures and not disrupt the proceedings of the Parliament whereas responsibility of government to well-utilize parliamentary sessions and ensure sovereignty of legislature.
      Keep practicing. 🙂
