In the intro, mention that the closure of schools has forced us to adopt technology to mitigate the learning crisis.
In the body discuss India’s readiness by mentioning increasing access to tech-based infrastructure, electricity, internet connectivity and programmes such as Digital India and the Ministry of Education’s initiatives, including the Digital Infrastructure for School Education (DIKSHA), open-source learning platform and UDISE+ etc. Also, mention NEP 2020 envisages National Education Technology Forum to provide thrust towards deployment and use of technology. In the way forward, suggest focusing on access, enabling, training and governance.
Conclude by mentioning that a transformative ed-tech policy architecture is the need of the hour to effectively maximise student learning.

  In India’s readiness mention about Swayam MOOC course, DTH channels, Shagun portal , NITI Aayog’s India Knowledge Hub etc. Also some of the case studies of different states mentioned in the article can be used. While writing about UDISE+ you can use some data from the latest report for value addition. Government of India’s Aspirational Districts Programme on tech-enabled monitoring and implementation that emphasises citizen engagement, partnerships and effective service delivery can also be mentioned.
