In the body mention implications of such conflict for the states, region and country as a whole in terms of economic cost, security implications, a threat to unity and integrity etc, In the suggestions mention dialogue with all stakeholders, Development corridor on the border, integration with Act East policy, setting up of intergovernmental panel to settle the interstate conflicts.
Conclude by mentioning the need to avoid quick-fix solutions to such problems and instead of the need for sustainable ones.

  Introduction is good, implications part is also fine. You can also mention about blockade of national highways effecting economy, restriction on movement effecting livelihood of citizens and also the pandemic aspect, might delay recovery due to shortage of commodities etc
  
  In steps to be taken, mention setting up of intergovernmental panel to settle the interstate conflicts. Also development corridor with central control could be setup specifically in the disputed area. Your points have become a bit generic, 1-2 specific solutions will be appreciated.

  Introduction and reasons for dispute are very good. Map is also fine.
  
  However, you need to focus a bit more on the impacts of the dispute as this is the main concern of the question- elaborate upon your points a bit, in unity-integrity- you can mention rise of insurgency, secessionist tendencies; in economic issues you can mention blockade of national highways, restriction on citizen movement impacting livelihoods, delay in recovery from pandemic etc. Some of the international implications also need to be mentioned as this might lead to diversion of forces from borders which can result in smuggling, drug trade, illegal immigration etc. Also hindrance to Act East policy can be mentioned here only.
  
  In way forward mention some innovative steps such as a development corridor with central control could be setup in the disputed area.Also you can mention setting up of intergovernmental panel to settle specifically the interstate conflicts.
