      You have diverted a bit from the question here. The question is in context of NEST and digital space, so you should talk about these issues rather than mentioning environment protection, counter terrorism etc.
      Techno-diplomacy is not just about use of technology for diplomacy, but more about cooperating on science & tech with countries with conflicting interests, conducting negotiations on emerging technologies etc
      You have started well, techno-diplomacy definition can be modified a bit.
      Next, talk about the complexities seen in expanding digital space and emerging tech in recent times- fractured multilateral negotiations on these issues, absence of standard setting organizations, no coherence in e-commerce regulations, tech protectionism etc
