-In the body mention background of India-Turkey relations in the past. In the next part mention U.S. exit and Turkeys growing influence, Turkey’s stand on Kashmir against India, Turkey relations with Pakistan etc. In dealing with Turkey, India should focus on pushback against Turkey’s attempt to take the leadership from Saudi Arabia etc.

-Conclude by mentioning India to learn from Turkey to balance the relation by challenging it when it must at the same time prepare for more intensive bilateral engagement with it.

  Introduction is good. After that your answer is mainly focused on Turkey-Pakistan alliance and same points have been repeated. Try to cover more dimensions.
  
  Pasts relation part with India is fine, you can mention that Turkey was mostly part of US alliance, joined NATO during cold war.
  
  In Turkey’s attempt of increasing influence, points about Afghanistan and Pakistan are fine (make them concise); then add points about its efforts to take leadership of Islamic world from Saudi Arabia; strong political support for Dhaka on the Rohingya refugee crisis; buys S-400 missiles from Russia in defiance of NATO, while challenging Moscow’s primacy in the Caucasus; recent stand against Israel inspite of being one of the first countries to establish diplomatic relations.
  
  Then you can write a way forward for India-
  Multiple options of pushing back-naval exercise between India and Greece in the Mediterranean offers a small hint of India’s possibilities in Turkey’s neighborhood; up its game in the Arab world; can raise issue of hypocrisy on minority rights(Kurds)
  Must challenge Turkey wherever opportunity arises due to resentment against them
  Also intensively engage bilaterally

  In introduction mention about the recent US withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan which had created a space for different powers in the region.
  
  Relations with India are fine. Also you can give a passing reference to history and Khilafat movement.
  
  In In Turkey’s attempt of increasing influence in the region, other than Afghanistan- Pakistan, you can also mention its ambition of wresting leadership of Islamic world from Saudi Arabia, buying defence equipment from Russia defying NATO and then challenging Russia in Caucasus, doublespeak over Israel.
