In the intro, mention in brief the military coup and political situation in Myanmar.
In the body, mention India’s calibrated middle path position in contrast with the West’s reflexive policy of condemnation, threats and sanctions and opportunistic policies of Russia and China. India’s position is similar to and supportive of ASEAN i.e.release of political prisoners, resolution of issues through dialogues, cessation of all violence etc.
In the bilateral issues mention border security and refugee issue. Next, mention that India economic cooperation.
Conclude by mentioning the need for India to leverage the current political realities.

  India’s stake can be mentioned in later part of the answer.
  First describe the situation in Myanmar ( done in next part) and then mention India’s position- calibrated middle path position in contrast with the West’s reflexive policy of condemnation, threats and sanctions and opportunistic policies of Russia and China. India’s position is similar to and supportive of ASEAN i.e.release of political prisoners, resolution of issues through dialogues, cessation of all violence etc.
  Concerns mentioned are good, here only you can add some points regarding concerns about infra projects etc
  Way forward is fine, use of multilateral and bilateral forums for dialogues can also be written.
  Conclusion is fine.

  In concerns, try to write more from India’s perspective rather than Myanmar’s internal problems.
  Refugee crisis, Chinese presence, border security etc should be emphasized.

  Introduction is fine, but you can also mention about the coup- that was a major event with varied repercussions.
  India’s equity part is fine, some trade figures can also be mentioned.
  While mentioning India’s position first mention the Western position(done) ,then opportunistic position of China/Russia and then India’s calibrated middle path- this part is exclusively asked and should be tackled well.
  Bilateral concerns can be integrated with the first part only.
  After mentioning India’s position, you can mention a brief way forward.
  Conclusion part is okay. Cooperation through multilateral forums like Bimstec can also be mentioned.

  In next part on relations, mention of multilateral forums where both countries are cooperating can be mentioned.
  Some data related to trade and economic cooperation can also be incorporated for more impact.
